摘要
目的观察怡尔美祛斑口服液治疗黄褐斑的疗效及毒副作用。方法怡尔美祛斑口服液20ml/次,3次/d,30天为1疗程,连续服用2个疗程,治疗黄褐斑50例。绩果 治愈率为18％,有效率为76％。结论 怡尔美祛斑口服液对黄褐斑的肝肾阴虚型和气滞血瘀型均有良好疗效,既可养益肝肾、活血调经、平衡人体内环境治其本,又可祛斑散瘀治其标。
Objective To observe the curative effect, toxic and side effect of Yi Er-mei Depigment Liquid on treating chloasma. Methods 50 patients took Yi Er-mei Depigment Liquid 20 ml three times daily and finished two 30-days courses of treatment. Results The cure rate was 18% ,and the total effective rate was 76% . Conclusion Yi Er-mei Depigment Liquid has a good effect on chloasma due to insufficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, and chloasma of qi stagnancy and blood stasis, it can nourish liver and kidney, promote blood flow, regulate menstruation and balance human environment, it can also cure chloasma and remove blood stasis and lumps.
