The contemporary morality originates from the inheritance of traditional morality and surpasses it. The surpassing is based on the right grasp of the social quality of the present historical stage, the situation and the development trend in our country. The traditional and contemporary virtue are mixed together to form a new morality of socialism embodying the characteristics of times. The common living creates the common ethics, and therefore the globalization of economy must demand a globalized ethics.
