摘要
[目的]研究粘着斑激酶(FAK)在多种癌及癌旁组织中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞分化、浸润、转移等生物学行为的关系。[方法]应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测胃癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌、乳腺癌及相应癌旁组织石蜡标本FAK蛋白的表达水平。[结果]FAK在癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织 ,低分化癌组织较高分化、中分化组织FAK的表达高 ,淋巴结转移组织较无转移表达高 ,浸润程度越深表达越高。FAK在宫颈癌中的表达量比胃癌、结直肠癌及乳腺癌中明显低。[结论]FAK可能既是一种转化相关酶又是一种演变相关酶 ,FAK的表达量可能可作为肿瘤发生、发展过程中一种较有价值的病理指标 ,同时 ,FAK的表达量与肿瘤类型有关。
To investigate the pattern of the FAK expression in carcinoma and noncancerous tissue.To explore the correlation between expression of FAK and clinicopathological profile including tumor differentiation,invasion and lymph node metastasis.Expression of FAK was examined in gastric carcinoma,colorectal carcinoma,breast carcinoma,uterocervical carcinoma using an immunohistochemical technique.The staining of FAK was stronger in carcinomas than that in noncancerous areas and was higher expression in low differentiation cancer cell than that in well differentiation.Positive lymph node had higher FAK expression than that of negative lymph node and the deep invasion had the higher FAK expression too.The staining extent of FAK expression was lower in cervical carcinoma than that in gastric,colorectal and breast carcinomas.[Conclusions]The FAK might be not only a transformation linked enzyme but also a progression linked enzyme.The level of FAK expression might be a valuable marker for the carcinogenesis and the progression of the carcinoma.The staining extent of FAK is related to type of cancer.
