摘要 对阜新发电厂综合治理粉煤灰,进行了认真调研,从原材料特性分析、运营分析、工艺流程、技术状况成熟程度等几个方面进行了系统论证,最终提出生产高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖技术是首选方案。利用粉煤灰生产烧结砖具有吃灰量大,运行成本低,享受政府政策优惠,市场容量大,产品性能好,可灵活调整产业结构等特点,经济效益和社会效益明显。 The synthesizing disposal of the fly ash from Fuxin Power Plant are carefully investigated, and the several information such as characteristic, management, technical flow and mature degree for the technique are analyzed in this paper systemically. At last, we conclude that the technique of sintering brick with high ratio抯 fly ash is a preferred project. The technique of producing sintering brick with fly ash has many merits, as follows: disposing the quantity of fly ash is very high, the cost of produce is low, it may get the favorable policies from local governments, its market is very big, the performance of product is also good, and it can neatly change industrial frame. So its economic and social benefit is very excellent.
