摘要
由于期刊著录具有动态性和复杂性的特点,使得期刊回溯性建库工作经常遇到许多困难。对此,作者总结实践经验,提出一些看法与操作建议。
The dynamic and the complexity of the periodical record make it difficult to recall and to establish the data bank for the periodicals.Summarizing the practical experien ce,we put forth some views and operating suggestions.
