摘要
树脂混凝土是一种新型机床结构材料,由于其优良的阻尼性能使其在精密机床制造业上有着广泛的应用。但是由于其抗压、抗拉、及抗剪强度低,限制了其进一步应用。采用钢纤维增强树脂混凝土是一个新的发展方向。经力学实验表明,在树脂混凝土内填加钢纤维可使其抗剪强度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度有明显提高,并且其韧性和耐磨性均有一定提高。钢纤维掺量在某一范围内有最佳的增强效果。
This paper adopts steel fiber reinforced polymer concrete which is widely applied in the field ofmachine manufacture. The damping of SFPC has a little declination preparing with PC, under the best conditionthe damping of SFPC is six to eight times lager than that of the traditional material casting iron. The test results show that its shearing strength, compressive strength and tensile strength of cleavage crack are increased clearly by adding steel fiber to PC. Steel fiber content should be controlled within a best range.
