肾脏纤维化的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 肾脏纤维化是所有慢性肾脏疾病发展的最终结果。促纤维化因子的释放在肾脏纤维化的形成中起重要作用。目前对肾脏纤维化治疗的研究主要集中在抑制肾纤维细胞的活性以及抑制胶原的形成 ,而中草药的研究。
