摘要
比较全面地介绍和评析反垄断法的基本原则,在此基础上提出反垄断法的基本原则应当是:禁止垄断,维护和促进有效竞争,并提出了完善立法的建议。
The basic principles of antitrust law are overally represented and commented on. To prohibit monopoly, to safeguard and to promote effective competition should be the principles of antitrust law. For the perfection of relevant legislation, the author advances some suggestions .
