摘要 目的 :研究Bcl 2对病理性瘢痕成纤维细胞的生物学作用。方法 :用MTT法检测成纤维细胞增殖活性 ,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况。结果 :Bcl 2能抑制成纤维细胞的凋亡 ,促进其增殖。结论 :Bcl Objective: To investigate the biological effects of Bcl-2 on fibroblast derived from pathological scars.Me-hods: The MTT method and the FCM were used to test fibroblast proliferation activity and cell apoptosis rate.Results: Bcl-2 protein could accelerate the proliferation of fibroblast in vitro .It could inbibit the apoptosis rate of fibrablast in vitro.Conclusion:Bcl-2 may play a role in the pathogenesis of keloid and hypertrophic scarring
