糖尿病患者行人工全髋关节置换术的围手术期处理

The perioperative management of total hip arthroplasty in diabetes mellitus

目的 :通过对 2 6例糖尿病患者行全髋关节置换术 (THA)的回顾性分析 ,探讨术后感染及假体松动等并发症的发生情况。 方法 :对 2 6例糖尿病患者THA进行术后随访 ,利用临床关节功能评估及放射学检查 ,分析并发症发生率。 结果 :未发现有表层及深层感染存在 ,有 4例发生假体松动。 结论 :认识并重视围手术期的处理 。

Objectvies:To analyze the postoperative infection and the prostheric loosening in 26 diabetic patients undergoing THA. Mehtods:By clinical and radiographic evaluations,the incidence rates of complications were analyzed in the patients. Results:There is no superficial or deep infections, and 4 cases of prostheric loosening were found. Conclusions:The suitable perioperative management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications.
