摘要 目的 研究人重组γ 干扰素 (hrIFN γ)和白细胞介素 4(hrIL 4)对人早孕滋养层细胞形态的作用。方法 采用人工流产方法取得绒毛膜组织 ,加入hrIFN γ和hrIL 42 4h短期组织培养 ,通过光镜和透射电镜观察滋养层细胞形态学变化。结果 hrIFN γ组滋养层细胞核由圆形变为扁圆形 ,细胞界限不清 ,滋养层细胞数目明显减少 ;hrIL 4组滋养层细胞核多呈圆形或椭圆形 ,滋养层细胞数目明显增多至数层。结论 外源性Th1。 Objective To study the morphology changes of human trophoblast cells in early pregnancy treated with hrIFN-γ and hrIL-4.Methods Arbortion method was used to obtain the trophoblast tissue which shortly cultured in vitro for 24 hours with hrIFN-γ or hrIL-4,observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results Trophoblast cells nuclei treated with hrIFN-γ were transformed into flat sphere, cells border was not clear, the number of trophoblast cells was apparently reduced. Trophoblast cells nuclei treated with hrIL-4 were almost transformed into ellipse, the number of trophoblast cells was apparently increased. Conclusion Exogenous Th1 and Th2 cytokines have the effect of regulation in trophoblast cells shape.
