The Reform of State-owned Commercial Banks in China:A New Framework Analysis

我国加入WTO后 ,国有商业银行体制改革的呼声日益提高。为此 ,作者在新兴古典经济学的框架下对我国国有商业银行建立现代商业银行制度与产权改革、完善法人治理结构的三者关系进行分析。作者还从超产权论的角度指出 ,竞争性的外部市场条件是国有商业银行改革的前提。

There is growing demand for the reform of state-owned commercial banks after China's entry into the WTO.In terms of neoclassical economics,an analysis is made of the relationship between the establishment of modern commercialized banking system in China's state-owned commercial banks,the reformof property rights system,and the improvement of corporate governance structure.It is pointed out from the perspective of beyond property rights that the cultivation of competitive market is a prerequisite for the reform of state-owned commercial banks in China.
