成骨细胞的成骨作用及复合移植研究进展 被引量:5

The effect of osteoblastic cells on osteogenesis and their tissue engineered growth

摘要 大型骨缺损一直是骨外科损伤需要解决的难题之一 ,传统的自体骨移植和异体骨移植已经远远满足不了临床的需求 ,寻找理想的骨组织替代物始终是实验室研究的重点课题之一。近年来 ,骨组织工程技术为这一难题的解决带来了新的希望 ,其方法是 :在体外培养并扩增成骨细胞 ,然后将其种植在体外细胞载体上 ,构建组织工程骨。本文对体外培养成骨细胞的成骨能力 ,细胞载体的分类、性质以及成骨细胞与载体复合物进行了综述 。
