摘要
女性馆员的EQ是读者服务的精神引擎 ,文章分析了女性馆员的EQ现状 ,并提出了优化其EQ的对策措施 ,以期更好地为读者服务。
The female librarians' EQ is the spritual leader of the service for readers.The paper analyzes the present situation of female librarians,EQ.Some strategies about making female librarians′ EQ superior are proposed to serve better for readers.
