摘要
目的 探讨 Kato-Katz法诊断血吸虫病时不同涂片数与检出率及计算 EPG结果的差异。方法 对四川省血吸虫病流行区的 2 40人进行 Kato-Katz法检查 ,按顺序制作 4张涂片 ,镜检计数血吸虫虫卵。结果 1片至 4片的检出率分别为 15 .83 %、2 0 .0 0 %、2 2 .92 %、2 5 .83 % ,检出率随涂片数增加而提高 (χ2 =7.87,P<0 .0 5 ) ;1片至 4片的病人 EPG几何均数分别为 40 .66、3 0 .5 2、2 2 .86、19.86,3片与 4片的病人 EPG几何均数差异无显著性 (t=0 .3 485 ,P>0 .0 5 )。涂片数较少时病人EPG偏高 ,病人 EPG的准确性随涂片数增加而提高。结论 为获得较高的检出率和较准确的 EPG,建议血吸虫病查病时使用 3张 Kato-Katz涂片。
Objective To clarify the relationship between different numbers of Kato Katz slides and the detective rate or EPG in the diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica. Methods Two hundred and forty people were examined by Kato Katz technique in schistosomiasis endemic region, Sichuan Province, and 4 slides were made for each person in sequence. Schistosome eggs were counted by microscope. Results Detective rates from one slide to four slides were 15 83%?20 00%?22 92%,and 25 83%,respectively. The detective rate was increased with the increased number of slides (χ 2=7 87,P<0 05). Geometrical averages of patients' EPG from one slide to four slides were 40 66,30 52,22 86,19 86,respectively, and the difference of EPG between three slides and four slides was not significant(t=0 3485,P>0 05). EPG was relatively higher while the numbers of slides was less. The accuracy of EPG was increased with the increased numbers of slides. Conclusion Three Kato Katz slides are applicable to diagnose schistosomiasis in order to achieve higher detective rate and more accurate EPG.
