摘要
社会主义高校要为培养“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的“四有”新人而优化育人环境。高校校园既是一个教育环境 ,又是一个文化环境 ,加强校园文化建设 ,不但能为优化育人环境创造条件 ,而且能起到环境育人的效果。
The cultivation environment should be optimized to cultivate the youth with idea, morality, culture and discipline.The universities and colleges are not only the educational but also the cultural environmeut. Strengthening the construction of campus culture can create conditions for optimizing the cultivation environment.
