摘要
虚拟企业是适应信息时代发展的新型组织结构 ,具有广阔的发展前途。文章从虚拟企业的形成机理出发 ,基于价值链分析 ,深入剖析了虚拟企业的核心竞争力 ,并提出了培养我国虚拟企业核心竞争力的发展战略。
Virtual enterprise is a new kind of structure adapting to the development of information industry and assumes bright prospect.The concept of the core competence as well as its importance to virtual enterprise,is explained on the basis of the virtual enterprise formation combined with the analysis of its value chain.Some suggestions are put forward to the virtnal enterprise in China.
