摘要
文章分析了企业技术创新的一般性特征 ,由此提出了企业在设计创新激励机制时所应遵循的一般性准则。在此基础上 ,进一步分析了企业方与技术创新团队、技术创新团队内部利益分配机制所需解决的关键性问题。
General characteristics of enterprise technology innovation were analyzed, and then some basic rules that must be abided by when enterprise designs a stimulation system were given.The key problems in the system of interest allocation between the enterprise and the technology team, and the allocation within the technology innovation team were further analyzed.
