摘要
文章对高等学校学年制、学年学分制和学分制三种教学管理制度从涵义、特征、产生背景、优点和缺点等方面进行了较为详细的阐述 ,提出了研究生教育学分制改革、实行弹性学制的理论依据。
The article presented in detail three teaching and studying management systems in colleges and universities-the schoolyear system,the schoolyear and credit system and the credit system from the aspects of content,characteristics,background,advantages and disadvantages,etc.The analysis set up the theoretical basis for the reform of graduate students education and the practice of elastic system.
