新形势下外资的利用与民营企业融资

The utilizing of foreign capital in new situation and non-governmental enterprises’ finance

目前全世界经济处在新一轮调整时期 ,加上 9·11事件的重大影响 ,使国际资本的流向发生了某些新的变化 ,我国成功地加入WTO ,加深了我国经济与世界经济的交注 ,拓宽了我国利用外资的渠道 ,为我国民营企业的融资提供了许多机遇和挑战。我国应该充分利用这一有利形势 ,不断完善自我 ,缓解我国民营企业融资难的问题。

Now the world economy is at a new regulating stage,with the 9·11 incident's great influence,it exerts some new influence on the flow of international capital. Our country's successful accession to the WTO deepen the international exchange between our country's economy and the world's economy,widen the channel of utilizing foreign capital,it also brings some opportunities and challenge to the non-governmental enterprises’finance.We should make good use of the advantageous situation,perfect ourselves step by step and relieve the financing problem of non-governmental enterprises.
