在知识经济时代培养创新人才,一要营造有利于创造的社会氛围;二要营造有利于创造的育人环境;三要营造有利于创造的教学氛围。
In order to train innovative talents in the intellectually economic age, firstly, the social atmosphere that is beneficial to innovation should be built;secondly, the educational environment that is beneficial to innovation should be built, and finally, the teaching atmosphere that is beneficial to innovation should be built.
