Human History and Legal Act

所谓的法律行为,是概括遗嘱、交换、选举等单方、双方、共同的无数设权性意思表示行为的实体而形成的抽象概念。其具体实体,不仅存在于国家社会,亦存在于无国家社会。因此不能将其概括称只有国家社会才能存在的法律行为,应将其更名为人类任何社会都能存在的设权行为。

Legal act is an abstract concept consisting of unilateral, bilateral and joint acts of Establishing Rights of will,exchange and election.It exists in both noncountry and country society.Therefore,it should be renamed as act of Establishing Rights existing in any human society rather than legal act existing only in country society. 
