摘要
编辑和作者作为学报的主体,对于学报的质量有着举足轻重的影响。因此,编辑学者化和作者编辑化是提高高校学报质量的必然要求。
Editors and authors as main parts of the journal have decisive influences on the quality of it. Therefore,scholarization of editor and editorization of author are the certain demands to improve the quality of journal of colleges and universities.
