Immunity-Modulating Effect of Enema Ⅱ on Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的 :观察Ⅱ号灌肠液对慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者的免疫功能的调节作用。方法 :用Ⅱ号灌肠液灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎 33例 ,并与西药组 33例作同期随机对照 ,观察C -反应蛋白 (CRP)、α1抗胰蛋白酶 (α1-AT)、T淋巴细胞转化率 (LCT)的变化。结果 :该药能明显降低患者的CRP和α1-AT指标 ,提高T淋巴细胞转化率 ,降低CRP和提高T淋巴细胞转化率的作用优于对照组。结论

Objective :The current study was designed to investigate whether Enema Ⅱ has the effect on modulating immunity in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods :33 UC patients were treated with Enema Ⅱ,compared with 33 UC patients treated with western medicine(WM) enema as the control group.To observe the changes of CRP,α 1 AT and LCT in both groups before and after treatment. Results :Enema Ⅱ could reduce CRP and α 1 AT obviously and increase LCT of the UC patients.Some indices in the treatment group,such as CRP and LCT,were significantly changed compared with those of control group. Conclusion :Enema Ⅱ has significant modulating effect on immunity of UC patients.
