同指背侧转移皮瓣的临床应用

The clinic application of homodigital dorsal flap transposition

目的 介绍一种指端离断后以皮瓣转移重建指端的方法。方法 应用同指远侧指间关节背侧转移皮瓣修复指端离断 2 6例 2 8指。结果 随访 3～ 16个月 ,所有皮瓣均成活 ,伤指残端都有指甲生长 ,远侧指间关节活动范围满意。结论 同指远侧指间关节背侧转移皮瓣是修复指端离断的一种较好的方法 ,具有操作简单、手术速度快、创伤小。

Objective To introduce one method of flap transposition to reconstruct fingertip after fingertip amputation. Methods 28 cases of fingertip amputation were restored by dorsal flap of homodigital distal interphalangeal joint transposition. Results All cases were followed up for 3～16 months. All flaps were survived. There were nails growth in injuried fingertip and the movement range of distal interphalangeal joints were satisfied. Conclusion Dorsal flap of homodigital distal interphalangeal joint transposition is a good methods of restoration of fingertip amputation, which has advantages of simple operation, rapid surgery, little trauma and satisfactory effect.
