摘要
目的 探讨骨制松质骨螺钉内固定治疗内踝骨折应用的可行性。方法 分别使用骨制松质骨螺钉和金属松质骨螺钉内固定治疗 2 4例内踝骨折 ,根据术后临床 (功能 )恢复情况和X线检查综合判定疗效 ,采用非参数法 (Wilcoxon)分析两组治疗效果。结果 两种治疗方法疗效差异无显著性(P >0 0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the clinical possibility of inter fixation of medial malleolus fracture with bony screw. Methods 24 cases of medial malleolus fractures were inter fixed by bone screw or metal screw respectively. According to the recovery of function and X rays the results were colligated and analysed with Wilcoxon method. Results There was no difference between the two ways in the results( P >0 05). Conclusion The bony screw can be used for internal fixation medial malleolus fracture.
