显微内窥镜下单节段腰椎间盘突出症治疗的前瞻性研究

A Prospective Study of Microendoscopic Discectomy for Single Level Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 :对比研究 MED法与 L ove法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 :采取前瞻性研究 ,按同一标准选择 12 0例病人 ,随机分为 2组 ,A组采用 MED法 ,B组采用 L ove法 ,比较手术前后 JOA评分 ,术后改善率 ,手术切口长度 ,出血量 ,手术时间 ,术后下地时间。结果 :JOA评分及评分改善率 ,手术切口长度、术中出血量、术后 3d最高体温及术后最早下地时间两组间均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :MED组与 L ove组均取得了满意的效果 ,MED下手术具有创伤小 。

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of Microendoscopic Discectomy(MED)with love′s method for the treatment of Single Level lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A prospective study were carried out and there were 120 cases of single level lumbar disc herniation in this investigation,they were divided into two groups:the MED group and the love′s method group.Pre-and postoperative JOA score,the length of incision,blood lost,operative time and time on getting out of bed after operation were compared between the two group.Results:The difference between each two groups of pre-and postoperative JOA score,the length of incision,blood lost,operative time and time on getting out of bed after operation are respectively significeent ( P <0.05).Conclusions:Both the MED method and the love method can obtain the same satisfied results of therapy,but the MED method has advantages of minimal invasion and shorter time of recovery.
