摘要
目的 :探讨猪活体肝移植解剖学基础。方法 :在 10例新鲜成年猪肝大体和管道铸型标本上 ,观测猪肝分叶、分段 ,动脉、肝门静脉、胆管和肝静脉的分布和汇注规律。结果 :猪肝外观由三大叶组成 ,即左外叶、中叶和右后叶 ,尾状叶与邻叶界限不明显。中叶的中分线是左右半肝的真正分界线 ,此界面内无重要的管道结构。结论 :猪活体肝移植是一个良好的实验动物模型 ,猪肝移植物应以左半肝为好。
Objective:To study the anatomic foundation for living related liver transplantation(LRLT) in pigs. Methods:Ten adult pig livers were used in this study.The topographic anatomy and vascular cast specimens of these pigs were studied from the following items:the segments and lobes,the distribution of arteries,portal veins,biliary tract and hepatic veins.Results: From outside,the pig liver consisted of three major lobes:the left lateral lobe,median and right anterior lobe,and the right posterior lobe.The caudal lobe cannot be distinguished from near lobe clearly.The dividing midline of the median lobe was the border of the left and right lobe.In this line/face,there was no important vessel and other structure. Conclusion: The pig living related liver is a good model for transplantation and the left half liver should be chosed as donor graft.
