应用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)的方法 ,对 180种中草药的水提取物进行抑制乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)的实验研究 ,根据药物的综合药效指数 (SEI)评价药效 ,经筛选得抗HBeAg的有效药 7种 ,其中高效药 2种 ,即茴香油 (SEI=1.90 )、羊蹄 (SEI=2 .0 5 )。

The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) test was used to screen the drugs with anti HBeAg activities from the water extract of 180 Chinese medicinal crude herbs. Through preliminary screen,7 kinds of efficacious herbs was found After reselection, 2 kinds of highly efficacious herb was found. They were Foeniculum vulgare(SEI 1.90) and Rurnex japonicus(SEI 2.05).
