^(13)C-核磁共振光谱的取代效应在结构测定中的应用

摘要 通过应用13 C 核磁共振光谱鉴定贝壳杉烷型二萜类化合物结构的工作 ,结合有关文献资料 ,对一些天然产物 ,如具有含氧基团的环己烷体系的化合物中 ,由于其含氧基团的取代情况不同而引起其13 C Two tetracyclic diterpenes have been identified by means of 13 C NMR spectra and literature data. A shifting effect of the different substituent groap contained oxygen was summarized in this Paper. The application of the result to the determination of the sites of oxygenation in this series was discussed. It should be a useful experimental evidence for the signal as signment in 13 C NMR spectra to determine structre.
