Study on the Pharmacodynamics of Fuyanping Effervesce Tablet

妇炎平泡腾片体外能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性乙型链球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、阴道滴虫 ,其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)为 3.9～ 12 7mg/mL。体内妇炎平泡腾片 (1.0 2g/kg、0 .5 1g/kg)能显著抑制由白色念珠菌和大肠肝菌形成的实验性家兔霉菌性和细菌性阴道炎 ,能抑制实验性大鼠子宫炎症。其水溶液 2 .5 6g/mL能显著提高磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠致痒反应的止痒阈。提示该药具有抗菌、消炎。

Fuyanping effervesce tablet can inhibited staphycococcus aureus?beta hemolytic streptococcus?pseudomonas aeruginosa?candida albicans?colibacillus?Trichomonas vaginalis, the minimal bacteriostatic concentration(MIC)is at the range of 3.9～127 mg/ml. In the in vivo test on the rabbit(1.02 g/kg?0.51 g/kg),it distinctly inhibited the colpomycosis and bacterial vaginitis aroused by candida albicans and colibacillus, it also restrain uteritis of the mouse. When its liquor concentration is 2.56 g/mL, it can inhibited the cavy's itch reaction caused by histamine phosphate. Conclusion: Fuyanping effervesce tablet possesses the effects of antisepsis?anti inflammation?anti itch.
