摘要
为提高科间会诊的质量 ,提高诊治效果 ,本文通过对某医院随机抽查的 2 2 8份会诊记录的回顾性总结 ,分析了出现会诊质量不高的原因 ;针对部分科间会诊质量不高的问题 。
To raise the consultation quality between the subjects and to raise the effect of diagnosis and treatment, it is analyzed in this article that the reason that the consultation of the doctors is not high by way of 228 review summaries of the consultation of the doctors record from the randomly selected examination of certain hospital. In allusion to the problem of the lower quality on the consultation between the subjects, the upswing suggestion is put forward for raising the consultation quality.
