摘要
为加强军队医院合同制医务人员的用工管理 ,采用任职期内德、能、勤、绩四个方面定期考评打分 ,量化综合素质和工作业绩 ,为其福利待遇及上下岗提供合理依据。任期考评适应军队医院合同制医务人员正规化管理要求 。
In order to enhance the management of the medical staff by contract, the hospital checked and scored regularly in four aspects as virtue, ability, diligence and achievement, measured the comprehensive quality and achievement, and gave reasonable accordance to welfare and position. Term check met the demands for the standard management and was beneficial to foster quality of the medical staff by contract, and was good to team construction and stability.
