In order to meet the new challenge and competition in the market of the medical service, it is taken that a series of the reformations and adjustments around 'patient center' in the clinic management. First, we try to establish a modern, scientific manage mode. Second, by collocating human resources scientifically and reasonably, the positivity and creativity of the doctors and nurses are improved in a large degree. Third, we have been constructing comfortable, pleasing and convenient surroundings for the patients to see a doctor. Fourth, a high quality and multi levels service system is being consummated gradually. Finally, we make great efforts to protect patient rights and self rights by law. By these measures, the clinic management is stepping towards a higher level.
