Attempt to Set up Medical Connecting Office to Improve Work Effectiveness in Small Hospitals

为了使小医院能更好地与部队和地方进行沟通和正常交往 ,医院在门诊部成立了医疗联络办公室 (医联办 ) ,负责部队和地方医疗业务的联络和接待工作。这样 ,使部队和地方之间缩短了距离 ,加深了感情 ;理顺了关系 ,增加了友谊 ;提高了效益 ,方便了部队。

To get better communication between the small hospitals and troops, the medical connecting office was founded in out patient department, in charge of the communication and reception with the local and troops. The authors introduce the concrete methods and the outcome shows that it has lessened the distance between each other, it has deepened the emotion; it has arranged the sequence to enhance friendship; it has improved the effectiveness to make troops more convenient.
