为规范护理人员的法律意识 ,本文介绍了该院开展法制宣传教育 ,增强法律保护意识 ;开展医德医风教育 ,培养良好道德规范 ;建立健全规章制度 ,实施标准规范管理 ;做好法律保障工作 ,增强执业自律行为等做法。

To standardize the nurse's law consciousness, it is introduced in this article that in this hospital, developing the legal system propaganda education, strengthening the law protecting consciousness; developing the education of the medical ethics and style, cultivating the good ethics criterion; building the rules and regulations, putting into the standard and criterion management; doing good the law and guarantee work, strengthening the vocational self discipline behavior, and so on. The reference should be provided for standardizing the vocational self discipline behavior of the nurses.
