摘要
总结了国内外学者对山楂属植物果实和叶中物质的研究成果 ,并将所发现的物质单体包括黄酮、黄烷及其聚合物、有机酸、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、山楂中的挥发性物质及山楂核中分离的物质以及部分物质的含量进行了概述。
The achievements in the researches on constituents in the fruits and leaves of Crataegus L. at home and abroad are summarized. The constituents include flavone, flavane and its polymers, organic acids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, the contents of some of which are described.
