摘要
介绍了梳棉机附加分梳件———锡林前固定盖板、后固定盖板和刺辊预分梳板的齿形、结构及其如何安装与工艺调整,通过不同试验与结果分析,指出在合理选型与优化工艺的前提下,在老型号梳棉机上安装附加分梳件对提高成纱质量效益显著。说明安装附加分梳件将成为梳棉机技术改造与开发的必然趋势。
Introduction is done to structures and ways of installation and process adjustment of the cylinder top,back top and precarding wires,by process test and analysis,conclusion is made that under scientific modification and process optimization,marked effect can be gained in spinning quality by installation of precarding element on the conventional carding machines,which will be a trend for techmodification.
