在我国钢铁工业发展的重要关头,江西钢铁企业要抓住我国加入WTO和西部大开发战略的机遇,通过3～5年的结构调整,摆脱落后状况,使装备、技术和产品等方面在数省区域内处于领先地位。
At important moment of China's iron and steel industry development,Jiangxi iron and steel enterprises must seize the history chance which China enters into the WTO and develops the strategy in the westward areas of China.By three to five years structure adjustement,Jiangxi iron and steel enterprises must cast off the backword sitration and are located at lead position in middle areas of China for the equipments,technology,products and so on.
