采用连铸连轧工艺 ,改变电解原铝的化学成分 ,确定正确的淬冷液流量 ,用正交试验选择最佳的冷却水流量 ,提高电工圆铝杆的抗拉强度和延伸率。

Chemical composition of primary aluminum is modified by coutinously casting and rolling process,Correct quenching liquid flow is determined.Droper cooling water flow is elected by test.Tensile strength and elongation of round Al rod are improved.
