摘要 鞍钢 1 0号高炉通过改善原燃料质量、采用高风温、富氧喷煤、扩大矿石批重、中心加焦、焦丁回收、内衬喷补等措施 ,高炉强度明显提高 ,高炉能耗大幅度降低 ,取得了较好的技术经济指标 ,2 0 0 1年 3月高炉取得了利用系数 2 .3 1 1 t/ ( m3· d) ,焦比 3 84 kg/ t,煤比 1 5 0 kg/ The smelting intensity and energy consumption of the No.10 BF in Angang have been greatly increased and decreased respectively and the idea technical and economic indexes have been gained by means of improving fuel quality, applying high air temperature, injecting pulverized coal with oxygen enriched blast, expanding ore batch weight, charging coke on center, reclaiming nut coke and gunning the lining, etc.. On March of 2001, the BF utilization factor, coke rate and coal ratio were up to 2.311t/(m3·d), 384kg/t and 150kg/t respectively.
