摘要
针对新型复合材料超声直线微电机CFRP(CarbonFiberReinforcedPlastic)振动体的振动模态 ,建立了测试振动体表面微振幅和固有频率的光机电系统 ,设计了求解最大多普勒频移的快速搜索算法 ,分析了误差产生的机理 。
According to the vibration mode of the novel composite ultrasonic linear micromotor CFRP Vibration Body, this article builds a optic-mechanical-electronic system to test the micro-vibration amplitude and natural frequency of CFRP, designs a fast search arithmetic for the maximum Doppler frequency transfer and analyzes the reason of the inaccuracy. So we provide a powerful tool for the research and development of the ultrasonic micromotor.
