应用霍耳开关元件检测液压缸位移原理的研究 被引量:6

摘要 位移检测装置是电液位置伺服控制、同步控制系统中的关键环节。基于霍耳效应 ,本文提出可集成的液压缸位移检测方法 ,详细介绍了该方法的原理、传感器与液压缸的集成方式、结构、特点和使用场合。通过实验 ,研究了液压缸运动速度变化、传感器探头与活塞杆表面间隙变化及活塞杆凹槽涂层对测量信号的影响 。 Position measurement is a key technique of electro-hydraulic control system. Based on vortex principle and hall effect, a position measuring method that can be integrated into hydraulic cylinder was presented. In the paper the measuring principles, integrated way of sensor in hydraulic cylinder, feature and applying occasion are analyzed in detail. By means of experiments, the influence on measurement signal of hydraulic cylinder velocity, gap between sensor and piston rod and smearing layer on rod surface are studied. At the same time, the electronic circuit of measurement sensor is designed.
