摘要
本文提出了一种单端口声表面波无源无线温度传感系统。该传感系统采用间歇正弦脉冲串信号作为无线激励信号 ,而反射波是一调幅信号 ,该调幅信号的包络频率为激励信号频率与声表面波器件固有频率的差。
This paper introduces a new one-port SAW passive wireless temperature sensing system The input signal of the sensing system is constructed by an interval sinusoidal burst and the response of its reflected signal is an AM signal And the frequency of the AM envelope is the difference between the frequency of the transmitting signal and the natural frequency in the SAW chip The distance of the remote sensing can be improved and the error to detect the natural frequency can be decreased with the change of the parameters of the environment in the sensing system
