聚合物已被广泛用于各行业。随着制品种类的千变万化,聚合物材料成型方法得到了很大的发展,采用现有的成型加工手段几乎可以生产任何截面形状和尺寸的制品,但用注射方法生产一些变截面的结构零件存在一些不足,为了降低生产成本,提高生产效率,拓展塑料制品的种类和应用范围,我们将探讨由塑料管坯直接成型各种管类制件。分析了塑料管坯的三通挤胀成型过程和成型力间的关系以及介质的选用和对设备的要求。

As products differ in forms,methods for polymer forming are developed greatly.Although products with any section or size can almost be made by ways used now,there are some deficiencies in injection molding when making parts with various sections.To reduce costs,increase production efficiency,expand application scopes and kinds of plastics,several kinds of tube products directly formed from tubing are put forward.A new kind of plastics processing technology (bulge forming) is introduced.The basic process of plastics bulge forming, especially the relationship of several forming forces,is discussed.
