阿维菌素对黄胸散白蚁Reticulitermes speratus的毒效 被引量:18

摘要 在室内采用毒土法、滤纸法和毒土柱法测定了 0 .2 %阿维菌素乳油对黄胸散白蚁的毒杀效果。结果表明 ,阿维菌素对黄胸散白蚁的触杀作用速度较慢 ,在处理的 96 h内 ,随时间推移毒性逐渐增强 ;黄胸散白蚁接触或取食药剂 96 h后 ,其 L C50 值均低于 2 0 mg/ L;在供试条件下 ,用 2 .5 mg/ L以上的浓度处理土壤 ,即能阻止黄胸散白蚁在土柱中的穿透 。 The toxic effect of 0.2% abamectin EC against Reticulitermes speratus was determined by filter paper method, toxic sand and toxic soil pillar in laboratory. The results indicated that active speed of 0.2% abamectin EC against Reticulitermes speratus was slower, the toxic effects increased gradually as the process of time within 96 h after treatment. The LC 50 value at 96 h was below 20 mg/L whether contacting with toxic sands or feeding filter paper treated by 0.2% abamectin EC. When the concentration of abamectin in solution for soil treatment was beyond 2.5 mg/L, the tunneling behavior of Reticulitermes speratus in toxic soil could be prevented in this experiment. The possibility of 0.2% abamectin EC for termite control in practice thus deserves to be further studied in the near future.
