摘要
以Shell气化炉内的流体流动特征为基础 ,分析炉内的反应特征 ,建立气化炉的数学模型 ,对气化过程进行数字模拟 ,预测工艺条件对气化结果的影响。
Analyzes chemical reaction characteristics in the gasifer based on the fluid flow pattern in Shell pulverized gasifier.Mathematic model was set up for it.The simulation of gasification was made and the effects of process conditions on gasification have been predicted using the model.
