凝胶注模成型碳化硅陶瓷的烧结和性能 被引量:4

Sintering and property of SiC Ceramics by Gel-casting Method

摘要 研究了用La2 O3:Y2 O3=4 :1作SiC陶瓷的烧结助剂 ,同时添加Al2 O3改变液相的性质。研究发现 :该添加剂系统能有效地降低碳化硅陶瓷的烧结温度 ,Al2 O3的引入提高了液相与碳化硅颗粒的反应性 ,增加了液相对碳化硅颗粒的润湿性 ,从而对促进碳化硅的烧结十分有利。烧结温度为1 85 0℃ ,Al2 O3:La2 O3:Y2 O3=4 :4 8:1 .2 (摩尔 ) Sintering of SiC ceramics with La 2O 3-Y 2O 3 as additives and Al 2O 3 as activior were studied.The additive system with Al 2O 3 could lower the sintering temperature and improved activity of the liquid phase during sintering.Change of the liquid phase could promote the sintering of SiC ceramics.SiC ceramics have the optimum bending strength when the ratio of Al 2O 3:La 2O 3:Y 2O 3 is 4:4.8:1.2(mol)at 1850℃.
