摘要
由于清管器要克服自身重量及其与输送管道内壁的摩擦力 ,所以只有当清管器前后有一定压差值时 ,清管器才能向前运行。差压式清管通过指示器便是依此原理研制而成。此仪器具有非接触式报警特性 ,能对清管器通过及遇阻状况 ,及时。
Pig moves forward only when there is a certain differential pressure in front and back of pig since it must overcome its weight and friction force against pipe wall.Differential pressure indicator works on this principle.It has no touch alarm behavior,it can alarm timely and correctly when pig passes through or encounters plug in pipeline.
