长距离油、气、水混输管道内壁流动腐蚀的研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 就近几十年来 ,多相流管线的流动腐蚀 (CO2 腐蚀、H2 S腐蚀、腐蚀 /冲蚀协同作用 ) ,腐蚀 /冲蚀数学模型和设计准则 ,腐蚀检测 ,腐蚀防护与控制技术等方面的研究进展进行了综述。指出了当前研究中所存在的一些问题 ,就多相流的研究方向提出了相应的建议。 With the exploitation of offshore oil and gas fields,desert oil and gas fields and beachhead oil fields,great economic benefits have been obtained duo to application of the multiphase flow technologies.Presented is a survey of study on internal flowage corrosion of multiphase oil and gas pipelines such as CO 2 corrosion,H 2S corrosion,erosion corrosion during the past several decades.Emphasis has been put on summarizing the mechanism of flowage corrosion,the mathematical models and design criteria of erosion corrosion of multiphase oil and gas pipelines.In addition,some suggestions are made to the corrosion monitoring and the corrosion prevention and control in current situation and the development prospect in the related research field and some research orientations worthy of atten tion in future study.
